Senior Air Conditioning Engineer – London & M25

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well‑established specialist contractor operating across the M25 corridor. The role focuses on servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial air‑conditioning systems, with an emphasis on complex diagnostics and fault‑finding.

Key responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair split units, VRV and VRF air‑conditioning systems.
• Carry out fault‑finding and advanced diagnostic work on HVAC installations.
• Work on chiller plant, heat pumps, fan‑coil units (FCUs) and air handling units (AHUs).
• Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and company quality standards.
• Support and mentor junior engineers as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in air‑conditioning engineering.
• F‑Gas qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ/City & Guilds in Air Conditioning (beneficial).
• Based within or near the M25 region.

Required skills

• F‑Gas certified
• Expertise with VRV/VRF systems
• Proficiency on split air‑conditioning units
• Experience with chiller systems
• Knowledge of heat pumps, FCUs and AHUs
