About the role
We are seeking a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join a leading specialist serving commercial and industrial clients across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. The role involves delivering high‑quality installation, commissioning and maintenance services while ensuring compliance with health, safety and refrigerant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Install and commission air‑conditioning systems, including split units and VRV/VRF technology.
- Perform routine maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs on HVAC equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting advice to clients on site.
- Maintain accurate service records and report on system performance.
- Ensure all work complies with F‑Gas, health and safety standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an air‑conditioning engineer with a solid understanding of HVAC and refrigeration principles.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and independently.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Knowledge of F‑Gas regulations and relevant health‑and‑safety legislation.
