Senior Analyst – Data & Analytics

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Embed within business functions while collaborating with a central analytics team.
• Build semantic models and create impactful Power BI dashboards.
• Develop analytical solutions using Microsoft Fabric, SQL and Python.
• Interpret business requirements, design technical solutions and communicate findings to non‑technical audiences.
• Perform diagnostic analysis, identify performance trends and automate reporting processes.
• Support ongoing transformation initiatives and act as a consultant to operational and commercial teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Analyst, Analytics Consultant or similar role.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and challenge assumptions when needed.

Required skills

• Power BI (including DAX and data modelling)
• SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Python for analytics and predictive modelling
• Microsoft Fabric
