Senior Analyst, Drug Development & Clinical Strategy

About the role

Quotient Therapeutics is seeking a highly analytical Senior Analyst to support strategic decision‑making across its growing drug development pipeline. The role sits at the intersection of analytics, market intelligence, commercial strategy and early drug development in a genetics‑based biotech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep understanding of addressable markets, industry landscape and customer needs across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Conduct market sizing and competitive analysis using epidemiology, clinical and commercial data, validating findings with external experts.
• Partner with clinical, drug development and external experts to develop target product profiles and validate market segments.
• Develop asset and disease‑area valuation models (e.g., rNPV) and support finance and business‑development discussions.
• Design data models, dashboards and AI‑enabled analytical tools to communicate insights and support internal decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a health‑sciences discipline or related field.
• 3+ years experience in pharmaceutical or biotech product planning or commercial strategy.
• Experience in at least one disease segment such as cardiovascular, renal, metabolic, oncology or autoimmune diseases.
• Familiarity with drug development strategy, regulatory pathways and healthcare databases.
• Strong analytical, research, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
