Senior Analyst

About the role

This is a senior analyst position within a fast‑growing, consumer‑focused business that relies heavily on data to drive performance. Working in a central analytics function, you will partner with marketing, customer operations and commercial teams to turn complex data into actionable insight.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver reporting, analysis and insight to support business performance.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand needs and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Query large, messy datasets to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Support experimentation, performance measurement and A/B testing initiatives.
• Improve data quality, reporting processes and automation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Contribute to analytics innovation projects, including AI‑enabled decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in analytics, reporting or business intelligence.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, manage stakeholders and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a data‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for querying large datasets.
• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
