Senior Analyst, Performance & Analysis

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Performance & Analysis will support client service and service delivery by improving the quality of processes, information and services. You will provide detailed analysis of performance, attribution and benchmark data, and lead enhancements to the fixed‑income attribution platform.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, review and report complex performance and attribution data, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Serve as escalation point for system or business‑process issues and manage stakeholder communications.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on performance, attribution, benchmark and statistical data, advising the team and wider firm.
• Identify data gaps, design and implement new calculations following best practices.
• Analyse business opportunities, define enhancements and lead moderate to complex projects from design through post‑implementation support.
• Provide technical guidance, influence business lines and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Highly self‑directed with strong virtual‑team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven experience in performance analysis, attribution and fixed‑income data.
• Demonstrated project‑management capability, handling end‑to‑end delivery.
