Senior Android Developer (Kotlin, TDD, XP)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Android Developer to join a leading fintech company's mobile team in Poland. You will work with Kotlin and modern engineering practices to deliver high‑quality Android applications for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Android applications using Kotlin.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile and Extreme Programming environment.
• Participate in pair programming and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
• Apply Test‑Driven Development principles and produce clean, well‑tested code.
• Take part in code reviews, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and planning meetings.
• Stay current with Android development best practices, tools, and trends.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on Android development experience.
• Strong communication, critical‑thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, delivery‑driven environment.
• Comfortable with agile ceremonies and pair programming.
