Senior Architect – Leeds

About the role

A well‑established and highly regarded architectural practice is seeking an enthusiastic Architect to join its growing team in Leeds. Key responsibilities

• Contribute to architectural projects from concept through to completion across the RIBA work stages.
• Develop planning, technical and construction drawing packages, including specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate project information with internal teams, consultants, clients and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, quality and relevant UK legislation.
• Attend client meetings, design reviews, site visits and project meetings as required.
• Support bids, presentations and business development activities where appropriate.

Required profile

• ARB‑registered Architect with relevant post‑qualification experience.
• Experience working across multiple RIBA work stages within a UK architectural practice.
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning policy and construction detailing.
• Strong design, technical, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
