Senior Architect – Retail & F&B (London, hybrid)

About the role

We are a growing London‑based architecture and interior design studio seeking a highly technical Senior Architect to strengthen our retail and food‑and‑beverage (F&B) portfolio. The role combines detailed design work, coordination and the production of high‑quality construction information for fast‑paced commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full construction drawing packages for retail and F&B projects, including drive‑through developments.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers and ensure compliance with UK building regulations, especially for commercial kitchens.
• Produce detailed architectural documentation and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the design team and external consultants to deliver technically robust solutions.
• Maintain design quality while meeting project deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong technical architectural background with proven detailing ability.
• Experience delivering retail and/or F&B projects in the UK.
• Good understanding of commercial kitchen requirements, MEP coordination and UK regulations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative studio environment.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (essential)
• Revit (advantageous)
