Senior Architectural Technician

About the role

We are partnering with an established architectural practice in Leeds that is expanding its experienced team. The role offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of residential, healthcare, retail, leisure, masterplanning, commercial, industrial and private home projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality design solutions from concept through construction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce detailed drawings and models.
• Manage the design process for small to large‑scale projects across multiple sectors.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and NBS specifications where applicable.

Required profile

• Proficient in Revit and experienced in AutoCAD.
• Passionate designer committed to design excellence at every stage.
• Strong understanding of the full design lifecycle, from planning to completion.
• For senior candidates, solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and NBS specifications.
