About the role
We are recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a well‑established, award‑winning architectural practice in Manchester on an initial six‑month contract. The role involves delivering detailed design and technical solutions across a diverse portfolio of high‑profile projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support the production and coordination of detailed design packages.
- Develop and maintain high‑quality BIM models and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver projects through technical stages.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist.
- Strong proficiency in Revit.
- Experience producing detailed technical drawings and construction information.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative design team.

What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate (£30‑£32 per hour).
- Initial six‑month contract with potential extension.
- Outside IR35.
