About the role
Marks Consulting Partners is seeking a Chartered Senior or Associate Building Surveyor to join its expanding Manchester office. The role combines project delivery with professional surveying work across a varied portfolio of commercial and residential assets.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of façade remediation, fire‑related and defect‑diagnosis projects.
- Conduct condition surveys and broader building surveying assignments.
- Support and mentor junior surveyors.
- Play a visible role in the growth and development of the Manchester office.
Required profile
- MRICS‑qualified Building Surveyor.
- Strong technical knowledge of building pathology and client‑facing capability.
- Desire to contribute to a growing, collaborative team.
Required skills

- Salary £55,000‑£75,000 per year, dependent on level.
