Senior Associate – Client Services (Maternity Cover)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Client Services team in London on a maternity‑cover basis, supporting the Investor Relations function across London, New York and Paris.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a first‑class and effective client relations service, acting as the primary point of contact for investors.
• Assist the team in planning and implementing the capital‑raising strategy for upcoming funds, including market analysis and outreach.
• Develop fund marketing materials for fundraising, roadshows, investor updates and other communications, ensuring consistency and high quality.
• Organise and coordinate the Annual General Meeting, investor events and webinars, handling logistics and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare and produce materials for internal investor relations meetings, such as presentations and briefing documents.
• Provide hands‑on support to the existing investor base, responding to investor requests, RFPs and other queries promptly.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, contributing to operational efficiency.
