Senior Associate – Client Services & Relationship Management

About the role

This senior associate position supports a leading global investment manager in delivering top‑tier client services and relationship management for high‑net‑worth individuals. You will join a small, high‑performing team in the City of London, working hybrid with a focus on building trust and long‑lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to high‑value and high‑complexity clients, ensuring every interaction builds trust and confidence.
• Respond promptly to inbound calls and secure messages, offering clear, tailored guidance.
• Own end‑to‑end onboarding of new affluent clients, setting expectations and ensuring a seamless start.
• Coordinate specialist support for high‑risk transfers, liaising with internal and external partners.
• Lead and deliver Managed Services meetings (Managed ISA & Pension) to help clients achieve strong financial outcomes.
• Act as an escalation point for Managed Services queries while mentoring the wider client services team.
• Use client data and insights to shape and improve the service model.
• Lead huddles, training sessions, and knowledge‑building activities on investment markets.
• Maintain deep expertise in funds, products, services, and broader financial‑services considerations, including legal, tax, and regulatory aspects.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with high‑net‑worth clients in investments, wealth management, private banking or a related field.
• Strong exposure to pensions and investment products.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver high‑quality service.

Required skills

• Relevant Level 4 qualification (e.g., Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, Investment Advice Diploma, IMC Level 1 & 2, or Level 4 Certificate in Investment Management).
