Senior Associate – Commercial Property

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Commercial Property team, providing high‑quality legal advice to high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices and private investors. The role involves managing complex property transactions and contributing to business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, renewals and licences.
• Handle property finance and secured lending transactions and portfolio management for HNWI clients.
• Lead transactions from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the Private Client department to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to departmental growth.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 8 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property.
• Proven track record of handling high‑value, complex property transactions.
• Experience working with HNWI, investors or private clients is highly desirable.
• Commercially minded with a solution‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
