Senior Associate – Commercial Property (London)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our Commercial Property team in London. You will work for a boutique, client‑focused firm serving high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices and private investors, delivering high‑quality legal advice across a wide range of commercial real‑estate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload including acquisitions, disposals, landlord‑tenant work, property finance and secured lending transactions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HNWI clients, investors and family offices, providing commercially pragmatic advice.
• Lead transactions from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments, particularly Private Client, to provide a seamless client experience.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to departmental growth.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 8 years PQE in commercial property.
• Proven experience handling high‑value, complex commercial property transactions.
• Experience working with HNWI clients, investors or private clients is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial mindset and solution‑driven approach.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
