Senior Associate Consultant - Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant to join its Infrastructure Engineering team in Warwick, United Kingdom. The role focuses on designing, operating and supporting core Windows‑based services and virtualization platforms for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, including GPOs, DNS, DHCP, OU structures, identity management and access controls.
• Maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
• Manage VMware vSphere infrastructure – ESXi hosts, vCenter, clustering, HA and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure health, resolve incidents, conduct problem management and root‑cause analysis.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, maintenance and lifecycle management.
• Support migration, transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with network, security, storage, backup and cloud teams to address cross‑functional issues.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs and knowledge bases.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and major incident management.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server and enterprise identity services.
• Proven ability to manage virtual desktop and server platforms at scale.
• Experience in incident response, problem management and infrastructure automation.
• Effective communication and teamwork across multiple technical domains.
