Senior Associate – Employment Law

About the role
The firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its ranked employment team in central London. You will work directly with a partner on a mix of contentious and non‑contentious matters, representing respondents in employment disputes.
Key responsibilities
- Handle tribunal litigation matters for respondent clients.
- Draft and review employment contracts.
- Advise on unfair dismissal and discrimination cases.
- Provide corporate support on employment issues.
- Assist senior executives with employment‑law related matters.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with solid experience in employment law.
- Proven ability to manage tribunal litigation.
- Experience drafting and reviewing employment contracts.
- Knowledge of unfair dismissal and discrimination law.
- Capability to support corporate clients and senior executives.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary between £110,000 and £125,000 per year.
