About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate Employment Lawyer with 5‑8 years of post‑qualification experience to join our growing team in London. This brand‑new position will play a key part in our next chapter of expansion, supporting a client‑obsessed approach and delivering specialist employment law advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive advice on all aspects of employment law to corporate clients.
• Lead and manage employment litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and produce high‑quality written opinions.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years PQE in employment law, preferably within a law firm environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases independently.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ambition to progress towards partnership.
