Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex, high‑value dispute resolution matters.
• Advise clients on contractual and shareholder disputes.
• Handle a broader range of commercial and civil litigation matters.
• Provide day‑to‑day support, guidance and supervision to lawyers and junior colleagues.
• Mentor colleagues and support their professional development.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of client service and technical delivery.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on strategically important cases.
• Help drive the continued growth and success of the practice.

Required profile

• Significant experience handling a broad range of complex dispute resolution matters.
• Strong background in contractual and shareholder disputes.
• Proven ability to manage high‑value and complex matters independently.
• Previous experience supervising, mentoring and developing other lawyers.
• Confidence to support day‑to‑day team management and direction.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
