Senior Associate Litigation

About the role

Our client, a specialist niche civil litigation firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Civil Fraud and general crime team in London. You will work on high‑profile, complex commercial disputes, collaborating with experienced partners and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cases through all litigation stages, from strategy and pre‑action advice to trial and enforcement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, supervise junior lawyers, and manage a varied caseload of litigation and claim matters.
• Drive business development initiatives and work closely with partners and other legal teams to deliver seamless client service.
• Oversee investigations into financial crime, including fraud, money laundering, and public revenue cheating.
• Assist colleagues in managing financial crime risk and embed effective risk‑management practices.
• Contribute to materials for quarterly earnings preparation, investor‑day presentations, and other client‑facing documents.
• Manage multiple transactions while ensuring high‑quality service.
• Advise on civil and criminal fraud investigations and litigation conducted by regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in civil litigation, preferably within a demanding environment.
