Senior Associate – Private Client Solicitor (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Private Wealth team in Exeter. This hybrid position offers the chance to work with high‑net‑worth individuals and families while progressing towards partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage wills and estate‑planning documents
• Handle probate and estate administration matters
• Create and administer trusts
• Provide succession and inheritance‑tax planning
• Develop wealth‑preservation and tax‑structuring strategies

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience in Private Client law
• Proven expertise in wills, trusts, probate and tax planning
• Commercially minded with strong client‑relationship skills
• Ambitious and motivated to work towards partnership
