Senior & Associate Project Manager – Office Fit‑out Specialist

About the role

Our client, a leading property consultancy in London, is seeking a Senior and Associate Project Manager to lead high‑profile office fit‑out, refurbishment and repositioning projects across Central London. You will manage projects from inception to handover, build lasting client relationships and contribute to the growth of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of office fit‑out, refurbishment and repositioning projects from brief through to completion.
• Act as a trusted adviser to clients on procurement, programme, risk and commercial matters.
• Manage and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams through design, tender, construction and handover stages.
• Develop strong client relationships, identifying repeat business and new opportunities.
• Prepare fee proposals, support client pitches and contribute to business development.
• Produce and present project, programme and financial reports to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and help develop technical capability across the team.

Required profile

• MRICS qualification or an equivalent construction/engineering qualification.
• Proven track record delivering office fit‑out, refurbishment or repositioning projects in the London market.
• Experience in occupier‑side project management work.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness and interest in the property sector.
