Senior Associate – Real Estate Fund Analyst

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Real Estate Investment team in London or Munich. You will play a central role in managing IREEF, the firm’s pan‑European diversified real‑estate fund, working across the full investment lifecycle from acquisition to portfolio strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously enhance the fund‑level financial model, including performance forecasting, scenario analysis and portfolio construction insights.
• Maintain a forward‑looking view of fund performance, identifying risks and opportunities across sectors and geographies.
• Support hold/sell recommendations, capital allocation decisions and broader portfolio strategy initiatives.
• Deliver fund‑level analysis and reporting on rental trends, occupancy, valuation drivers and performance attribution.
• Partner with local transaction teams to underwrite acquisitions and disposals, challenging assumptions and developing downside/upside scenarios.
• Review and challenge asset‑level business plans and collaborate with asset‑management teams.

Required profile

• Passionate about real‑estate investing and driven to understand value creation across a portfolio.
• Intellectually curious, commercially minded and confident in forming investment views.
• Comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions and influencing decisions.
• Willing to work in London or Munich and collaborate with teams across Europe.
