Senior Associate – Restructuring & Insolvency Litigation (Bermuda)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join a leading Bermuda law firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. The successful candidate will work on high‑value, cross‑border restructuring and insolvency matters, advising international clients and appearing before Bermuda courts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex restructuring and insolvency litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Appear before Bermuda courts on significant contentious disputes.
• Collaborate closely with partners on major cross‑border cases.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development.
• Support business development and help grow the firm’s restructuring and insolvency practice.

Required profile

• 10+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in restructuring and insolvency litigation.
• Strong advocacy and court experience, preferably with UK Bar qualifications.
• Background in a leading London, offshore, Commonwealth or international law firm.
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills.
