Senior Associate / Salaried Partner – Private Client Solicitor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our firm as a Salaried Partner. The role will build on a 100‑year legacy of client care and will replace a retiring partner, offering the chance to shape the future of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and management to the Private Client team.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, delivering expert advice on private client matters.
• Handle complex cases involving powers of attorney, deputyships, Court of Protection matters and statutory wills.
• Advise on wills, trusts and estate administration, ensuring legal compliance.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s growth.
• Mentor junior solicitors and staff, fostering a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years PQE in private client law with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities, including mentoring junior staff.
• Strong commitment to client care and community service with excellent communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and ethical standards.
• Business acumen to contribute to strategic direction and growth.
