Senior Associate to VP Tech M&A – UK Mid-Market

About the role

We are expanding our mid‑market technology M&A team in London and are looking for a senior professional to support both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions across software, marketing and media tech. The role offers the opportunity to work on a high‑volume pipeline and develop expertise in the fast‑growing tech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day transaction processes, including preparation of information memoranda and management presentations.
• Conduct valuation analysis and financial modelling (DCF, LBO) for a range of deals.
• Perform industry research to support deal origination and transaction analysis.
• Prepare client communications and contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in technology/TMT M&A transactions.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail with the ability to analyse large data sets quickly.
• Client‑focused mindset and ability to build effective working relationships.
• Capability to develop, coach and motivate junior team members.
