Senior Audio Visual Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Audio Visual Engineer to lead high‑end AV installations across commercial sites in the UK. You will work from home with regular national travel, overseeing complex projects and mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the installation and commissioning of AV and networking equipment on commercial sites.
• Manage on‑site project delivery, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Travel nationwide with frequent overnight stays.
• Participate in specialist training on advanced AV technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an AV Engineer or Senior Installation Technician.
• Strong background in structured cabling and networking systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects or supervise engineers (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
