Senior Audit Manager

About the role

Pro-Finance is looking for a Senior Audit Manager to join its growing audit team in the South West. You will work from either the Bristol or Taunton office on a hybrid basis, delivering high‑quality audits for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead and deliver audits from start to finish, ensuring compliance and added value for clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the audit year.
• Coach, delegate to and develop audit team members.
• Collaborate closely with Audit Partners to drive quality and best practice.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the audit function.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum three years’ experience as an Audit Manager or Senior Manager.
• Proven ability to lead teams and build strong client relationships.
• Ambitious, driven and committed to continuous progression.
