Senior AWS DevOps Engineer – Bristol (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to join a well‑established technology business in Bristol. The role is hybrid, with three days on‑site, and focuses on building and operating the cloud infrastructure for AI‑enabled products.

Key responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of AWS infrastructure, designing, deploying and managing secure, scalable environments.
• Develop, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and release processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure reliability, performance and security of services.
• Support API development and integration for RESTful and micro‑service architectures.
• Implement monitoring, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Proven expertise using Pulumi for Infrastructure as Code.
• Extensive background building CI/CD pipelines.
• Commercial experience developing applications in .NET and/or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, micro‑services and DevOps best practices.
