About the role
Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to join their Chester team on a six‑month, full‑time basis. The role involves managing benefits projects, ensuring competitive compensation, and supporting rewards system enhancements in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee total benefits projects and programs such as health & welfare, leaves/absence and incentives.
- Provide and review salary data to ensure competitive positioning within the market.
- Act as primary point of contact for rewards queries, guiding employees on complex benefits as necessary.
- Implement and develop benefits/rewards system change requirements and support ongoing enhancements.
Required profile
- Strong Benefits/HR experience, preferably within a global pharmaceutical company.
- Great knowledge of HR policies and processes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
