Senior Block Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Block Manager to lead a portfolio of residential blocks and estates for a fast‑growing block‑management business. You will be the primary contact for each site, building strong relationships with directors and key client stakeholders while ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for a diverse portfolio of blocks and estates.
• Conduct regular site visits, produce clear and actionable reports.
• Chair directors’ meetings and annual general meetings.
• Manage risk across the portfolio and ensure compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to boards and client contacts.
• Maintain mileage and expense records using a company‑provided vehicle.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in block management.
• At least 1 year of responsibility for a property portfolio.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
• Strong numeracy and financial analysis abilities.
• Confident written communication skills.
• ATPI qualification (or working towards it) is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software.
