Senior Block Property Manager

About the role

Our client, a boutique managing agent in central London, is seeking a Senior Block Property Manager to oversee a prime portfolio of high‑end new‑build leasehold sites. The role offers a vibrant team culture and strong development opportunities within a growing business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of block properties, conducting regular site inspections.
• Set and control service charge budgets and prepare year‑end accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners and leaseholders.
• Oversee contractors, ensuring all necessary permits are in place.
• Supervise on‑site staff such as concierge and maintenance teams.
• Ensure continuous compliance with leasehold legislation and fire safety regulations.

Required profile

• MTPI qualified or working towards qualification.
• Experience managing new‑build properties in London.
• Minimum 4 years of private leasehold experience, preferably with BSA knowledge.
• Personable with a proven ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
• A team‑player with ambition to progress within a growing organisation.
