We are seeking an accomplished estate agency leader to take charge of a flagship branch for a respected independent agency. As Senior Branch Manager you will own the success, growth and reputation of a high‑profile office, driving performance and inspiring your team to exceed sales, service and market‑share targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing estate agency branches.
• Proven track record of growing market share and delivering strong results.
• Strong leadership ability to train, mentor and develop staff.
• Excellent presentation, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ideally solid knowledge of the South Bucks property market.
• Driven, professional and commercially minded approach.
