Senior Brand Designer, Experiential

About the role

You will shape how Synthesia appears in experiential moments worldwide, from global events and physical environments to the digital experiences that surround them. Working remotely within the EMEA region and reporting to the Head of Brand Design, you will collaborate closely with a team of brand and motion designers and travel across Europe, the US and potentially APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Translate and expand Synthesia’s brand into physical and experiential environments worldwide.
• Design booths, spatial environments, signage systems, print assets and merchandise from concept through production.
• Develop cohesive event identities across physical and digital touchpoints, including presentations, environments, social media and event websites.
• Storyboard and design motion and screen‑based content for keynotes and virtual events.
• Partner with Field Marketing and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality on‑site execution and manage vendor relationships.

Required profile

• 6+ years of brand, visual or experiential design experience with a strong focus on events.
• Multidisciplinary designer comfortable across physical, digital and motion mediums.
• Deep knowledge of print production and large‑format design.
• Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end in a low‑process, high‑ownership environment.
• Experience working in B2B or tech companies.

Required skills

• Fluent in Figma.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator for production‑ready files.
• Expertise in print production and large‑format design.
• Motion design for screen‑based and event content.
