About the role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our dynamic Leeds studio. You will work on high‑profile brands, shaping visual identities and storytelling across print, digital and motion platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of brand identities, packaging, and visual assets for major clients.
• Direct illustration and art‑direction work, ensuring consistency and impact.
• Collaborate with motion teams, providing guidance on animation and motion‑graphics projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and to a high standard.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, presenting concepts and revisions.

Required profile

• World‑class design and illustration ability with a strong portfolio.
• Proven agency or studio experience leading branding, packaging, and art‑direction projects.
• Innovative mindset that challenges the status quo and inspires teammates.
• Passion for pop‑culture and entertainment brands.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to nurture lasting relationships.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
