Senior Brand Manager – Breakfast

About the role

Premier Foods is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to drive growth for its Breakfast portfolio, including the FUEL10K and Ambrosia brands. You will combine entrepreneurial thinking with the resources of a leading UK food business to shape the future of cereals, porridge, drinks and on‑the‑go breakfast innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L, market share and brand health performance across the Breakfast business.
• Develop and deliver growth strategies that generate consumer trial and retailer support.
• Champion the FUEL10K brand, ensuring consistent representation across all touchpoints.
• Lead communication and activation plans for FUEL10K and Ambrosia Porridge.
• Drive innovation, renovation and line‑extension projects from concept through launch.
• Analyse category, consumer and performance data to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
• Partner with Sales, Insights, Finance, Category Management, Customer Marketing, Commercial Planning, R&D and Operations.
• Coach and develop an Assistant Brand Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a brand marketing role, ideally within FMCG.
• Strategic mindset with ability to balance short‑ and long‑term priorities.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how brands drive growth.
• Confidence influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a growth mindset.
• Collaborative style that brings people together.
