Join a fast‑growing luxury beauty business as a Senior Brand Manager and lead the brand’s presence across key retail channels. You will shape innovative trade and shopper marketing strategies that inspire customers and drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade and shopper marketing plans that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Create impactful campaigns and in‑store activations to enhance brand visibility.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, brand teams and external agencies to ensure flawless execution.
• Manage budgets, monitor ROI and optimise performance against key KPIs.

Required profile

• Commercially driven professional with experience in beauty or FMCG, preferably luxury brands.
• Strong trade or shopper marketing expertise.
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and retail dynamics.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a passion for excellence.
