Senior Brand Marketing Manager – Beauty Brand

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead integrated brand campaigns for a leading beauty brand. You will act as the central hub for strategy, execution and cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring every brand moment resonates across digital, ecommerce and retail touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end management of integrated brand campaigns, from strategy through launch.
• Coordinate plans with Ecommerce, New Product Development, Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Organic Social and Creative teams.
• Develop creative briefs, oversee asset production, and ensure brand tone of voice is consistent across all media.
• Present campaign concepts, progress and results to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Produce campaign toolkits, decks and detailed asset briefs for video, graphics and paid digital.
• Proofread copy and visual assets, maintaining brand consistency.
• Analyse performance data and provide strategic recommendations for future activations.
• Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to align brand launches with Shopify product and landing pages.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering integrated brand campaigns from strategy to launch.
• Strong storytelling ability with a focus on consistent brand expression.
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent proofreading skills.
• Proactive and confident working with external agencies and internal partners.
