Senior Broker Up Technician

About the role

Join a well‑established Lloyds broker supporting the London and South Essex offices. Reporting to the Broker Support Manager, you will manage a range of underwriting and administrative tasks to keep the broker’s operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and process open market slips, endorsements, cover notes, policy schedules and debit notes.
• Prepare monthly lineslip declarations and handle premium and risk bordereaux.
• Create LPANs, submit work packages and maintain earned‑to‑incurred spreadsheets.
• Manage Atlas and Lineage systems and perform daily tasks in A&S.
• Issue credit notes/EoCs, assist with cover holder applications and audits.
• Calculate and monitor profit commissions and liaise with the claims team.
• Track binder renewals, send renewal notices and chase premium payments.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records, reports and handle Xchanging/Bureau queries and ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• Strong computer literacy with experience in Lloyds/London market systems.
• Previous experience in a similar broker support environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
