About the role

We are seeking a Chartered or senior Building Surveyor to join a leading consultancy in London. The role combines hands‑on technical delivery with strategic client development, giving you autonomy from day one to lead major commercial property projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver core professional and project‑based building surveying services for commercial properties.
• Develop and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross‑sell additional services.
• Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and stakeholder presentations.
• Support wider business objectives and contribute to strategic planning.

Required profile

• MRICS or equivalent chartered status.
• Strong technical background in commercial property surveying.
• Experience working in a consultancy environment.
• Confident communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive mindset.
• Full UK driving licence.
