Senior Business Analyst – IT Business Services

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to act as the "voice of the business" for IT Business Services. You will lead analysis on complex initiatives, work closely with stakeholders and technology teams, and help shape solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end business analysis activities on complex initiatives, from discovery through implementation.
• Collaborate with project, product and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needs.
• Facilitate workshops and analysis sessions to capture requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
• Explore data, automation and AI opportunities to enhance processes and user experiences.
• Mentor and support other Business Analysts, contributing to the growth of the practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or in a comparable business transformation role.
• Strong relationship‑management skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience defining benefits, success measures and supporting benefits realisation.
• Ability to quickly understand high‑level business processes and propose clear, actionable solutions.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Process‑modelling using BPMN or equivalent.
