Senior Business Change Analyst

About the role

Our client, a leading global (re)insurance organisation, is looking for a Senior Business Change Analyst to join the Risk Selection & Analytics team in London. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, shaping and driving transformation initiatives across a highly technical, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions and manage change delivery end‑to‑end.
• Scope, plan, track and mitigate risks for change initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct business analysis of processes and systems, produce target‑state maps and clear documentation.
• Create concise slide decks and project artefacts to communicate strategic change to senior audiences.
• Support large or complex change programmes, balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering change in insurance or broader financial services.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in data, analytics and emerging AI technologies.
