Senior Business Consultant – R&D

About the role

Veeva is building an industry cloud for Life Sciences and is looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join its R&D Business Consulting practice. In this role you will help biopharma, med‑tech and health organisations accelerate the delivery of treatments by reshaping operating models, driving organizational change and leveraging technology, data and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small‑scale projects end‑to‑end, delivering high‑quality solutions for customers.
• Manage project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing people‑leadership skills.
• Drive practice growth through proposal development and identifying new opportunities.
• Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders using Veeva’s data, software and AI insights.
• Support multiple projects while building deep expertise in 1–2 functional areas such as Clinical, Regulatory or Pharmacovigilance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting, preferably business or management consulting.
• Proven expertise in Clinical Data/Operations, Regulatory or Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety.
• Strong analytical mindset for quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
