Senior Business Development Executive – Disputes Practice

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to support the high‑profile Disputes practice of a leading international law firm, with a particular focus on Employment matters. This role offers the chance to work on complex, market‑leading cases for major global clients within a collaborative and ambitious team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate pitches and multi‑jurisdictional RFPs.
• Design and deliver business development campaigns and manage client events, including ROI tracking.
• Support client targeting and key account initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain CRM systems, pitch materials and firm credentials.
• Prepare legal directory and award submissions.

Required profile

• Strong experience in pitching, proposal development and managing RFP processes.
• Excellent written communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and senior partners.
• Experience using CRM platforms and familiarity with legal directories.
