Senior Business Development Executive – Leeds

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join the marketing and business development team of a leading international law firm’s Real Estate practice. Working closely with the Business Development Manager and senior stakeholders, you will drive strategic initiatives, support client growth, and manage high‑profile bids and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with partners and act as a trusted business development advisor.
• Support the creation and execution of business development plans and targeted client campaigns.
• Lead the preparation of bids, tenders and pitch materials for new opportunities.
• Produce compelling credentials, case studies and client presentations.
• Maintain website and business development content to keep information current and engaging.
• Promote effective use of CRM and other business development systems.
• Assist with internal communications, events and broader team activities.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience within professional services or a similar environment.
• Excellent written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Organisational and project‑management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Confidence in building relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing across teams.
• Proactive, collaborative, solutions‑focused attitude with a genuine “can‑do” mindset.
