Senior Business Development Manager – Cloud Services (Azure/AWS)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead enterprise‑level cloud sales for Azure and AWS. You will work remotely, leveraging an existing customer base while also generating new opportunities across migration, modernisation, managed and professional services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new cloud opportunities within warm accounts and prospect organisations.
• Lead commercial conversations on Azure and/or AWS, shaping proposals around risk, cost, legacy migration and transformation.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting £5‑10 million in first‑year revenue.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure solutions meet client requirements and move deals forward.
• Negotiate and close complex, high‑value cloud services contracts with senior technology and business leaders.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience selling Azure and/or AWS cloud solutions, preferably in a consulting or managed‑services environment.
• Strong track record of managing long sales cycles and closing multi‑million‑pound deals.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior executives.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value propositions.
