Senior Business Development Manager – IFA Sales (London)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead IFA sales across the London region for a fast‑growing investment management firm. The role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with independent financial advisers, wealth managers and intermediary firms to grow assets under management and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the London territory, developing a pipeline of IFA and wealth manager prospects.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase assets under management.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and market‑share objectives.
• Act as a trusted partner to advisers, promoting the firm’s investment solutions.
• Deliver first‑class service and ongoing support to retain existing relationships.

Required profile

• Proven track record in IFA or intermediary sales within the financial services sector.
• Established network of advisers across London.
• Commercially driven with strong credibility among advisers.
• Consistent success in winning and retaining business.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the adviser market and investment products.
