Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to originate and deliver end‑to‑end deals for a fast‑growing super‑fund platform. This commercial, deal‑focused position will give you full ownership of transactions from pitch through pricing to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transactions from initial pitch, through pricing, to final execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, trustees, and other intermediaries.
• Collaborate closely with actuarial and pricing teams to structure deals.
• Represent the business at client meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Qualified actuary.
• Experience in pensions consulting, BPA, reinsurance or related fields.
• Commercially minded and comfortable moving from pricing into business development.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
