Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

Insight Select Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition and sustain double‑digit growth within the FMCG and retail sectors. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting senior decision‑makers to closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and win new business opportunities across FMCG and retail.
• Build trusted relationships with both warm and cold prospects.
• Lead consultative sales conversations to align solutions with client challenges.
• Maintain a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting and structured follow‑ups.
• Represent Insight Select at industry events and networking forums.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless client onboarding and delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years in a quota‑carrying B2B sales role.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience working with FMCG and/or retail clients.
• Strong consultative selling ability and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Highly self‑motivated, resilient and commercially astute.
